Property operations have been my day-to-day work.
I'm Tobias Clement, founder of Spire Stays & Property.
My background is in the operational management of short-let accommodation. I progressed through property management roles to oversee a large regional portfolio, working across the full guest and property journey.
That included leading cleaning and operational teams, handling guest communication, coordinating maintenance, resolving property issues, monitoring standards and developing systems to improve day-to-day performance.
It gave me a practical understanding of what makes short-let accommodation work—and what happens when operational details are missed.

My philosophy is straightforward. Do the job properly. Address issues rather than ignore them. Get things right first time wherever possible.
I want owners to know who is responsible for their property and guests to feel that their stay has been properly prepared.
